Refund Policy

No refunds — digital product
DutyKit sells digital products. Your evidence kit is generated and delivered immediately upon successful payment. Because the product is a bespoke digital output created for your organisation and delivered at the point of purchase, we do not offer refunds once a kit has been generated. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product made available to you immediately, and that you waive any applicable right of withdrawal.
Exceptions
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances only:
- The kit was not delivered due to a technical fault on our end and cannot be recovered.
- A duplicate payment was taken in error.
To report either issue, contact hello@dutykit.co.uk within 7 days of purchase with your order reference. We will respond within 2 working days.
Disputes
If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us at hello@dutykit.co.uk before raising a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving genuine issues promptly.
